The candidates and sponsoring company should fully understand course details provided and agree to observe general terms and conditions for ExecuTrain Hong Kong course enrollment as stated below.

General Terms and Conditions

1. For enrollment, please return the completed form together with cheque payable to "ExecuTrain Hong Kong" to the address above. Enrollment by cash/EPS is acceptable at the address below from 9:30a.m.-6:30p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturday 9:30a.m.-1:00p.m.

2. Mailed in application will be confirmed via mail normally within 14 days.

3. Fee must be paid in advance. Fees paid are refundable only if written notice is given to ExecuTrain Hong Kong within one week after initial payment ($150 administration fee will be deducted). No refund will be made after that date, or within 14 days of class commencement, whichever is earlier. Participants can send replacement to attend the enrolled courses, or transfer to other ExecuTrain Hong Kong courses, provided written notice is given 14 days prior to class commencement and an administration fee is paid.

4. ExecuTrain Hong Kong reserves the right to make necessary adjustment to the course details such as time and agenda, etc.

5. Company reservation is welcome provided reservation is made at least 3 weeks prior to course commencement and payment is received within 10 days from the time of reservation.

6. Application acceptance after deadline (normally 14 days prior to course commencement) is subject to availability and an $100 late application administration fee will be payable.

7. Attendance certificate is issued at end-of-course to those with attendance of no less than 75%.

8. The applicant also agrees to comply with specific terms and conditions for individual program enrolled, which is included in the program brochure.

9. If a course, seminar or service offered has to be cancelled or terminated due to unforeseen circumstance, ExecuTrain Hong Kong will only limit its liability to a full / partial refund with no further liability beyond that.

10. For enrollment in packaged program: For partial program cancellation or situations alike, ExecuTrain shall refund the total fee paid less the individual course fee for each course conducted without further liability. No refund will be made for withdrawal by course participants.
